I founded Nachshon Consulting to help businesses simplify employee communication and engagement to strengthen their teams. With a background in employee management, change management and benefits consulting, I’m passionate about educating employees on complex changes and especially benefit coverage options. My goal is to make the “life” part of employee work/life balance easier, clearer, and more effective for everyone involved.
Jeff’s passion for strategic thinking, collaboration, and innovation drive him every day. He also enjoys spending time with his family, music, hiking and cooking.
